Standard system:
The robots have obtained CE and CR certification, in line with the national standards in China and EU standards. In addition, the Company has formulated more stringent corporate standards than national standards and EU standards. It entrusted authoritative third-party institutions to conduct tests and the result was that everything met the requirements and the test reports were offered.
Production system:
The Company has establishes long-term strategic cooperation with high-quality suppliers to ensure the stable supply of high-quality materials. It adopts ISO9001 quality management system and international mainstream quality management methods (FMEA, 8D, seven tools of QC, etc.) to implement the full inspection of incoming materials, the control on the process, the re-inspection on modules, and the control of the production quality on the whole process.
Test system:
All products shall undergo a series of tests such as load sliding test, magnetic flux test, motion performance test, insulation test, automatic round-trip test, power-on motion test, and welding loading test before leaving the factory. The platform verification, including all-position welding test, surface tracking test, pipeline test will be carried out to ensure that the functional performances of the products fully meet the standards and that all products achieve high reliability.
Service system:
The service starts before the sale and is perfected after the sale. The pre-sale suggestions should be offered for product selection, optimization reference for solutions, and process evaluation according to the specific characteristics of the customers and the projects. After-sale service covers product acceptance, commissioning, maintenance, personnel training and the whole spare parts guarantee. The services should be offered in a professional, efficient and full-time response mechanism.
